Today, I ventured into the heart of Amsterdam and decided to search for some delicious vegan food in Amsterdam. The closest spot that popped up was A Beautiful Mess, so off I went, braving the sweltering heat! When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff—seriously, they radiated positivity!
I decided to try the Oyster Mushroom Shawarma, and let me tell you, it arrived at lightning speed! As I admired my dish, I realized I should’ve ordered some flatbread to go with it. No worries, though—one of the servers quickly jumped in to help me out!
The presentation was stunning, and the flavor was simply out of this world! I have to admit, I hadn’t experienced a tasty vegan shawarma before, but this one blew my mind! Finding delicious vegan food in Amsterdam was a genuine delight. The taste had amazing depth, with a delightful nutmeg kick that followed the spicy notes perfectly.
Not only was the food fantastic, but the overall vibe of the place was so inviting and wholesome. It felt like a little oasis in the bustling city!
After paying, I headed to the loo, and I was completely inspired by the decor.
