My personal favourite is scrambled Naked Tofoo, and here’s a simple recipe to bring out its best flavours using Kala Namak:

Ingredients:
- 1 block firm or extra-firm Naked Tofoo, drained and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or any cooking oil
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (for colour)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Kala Namak (adjust to taste)
- Salt to taste (if needed)

- Prepare Tofu: No need to press Naked Tofoo, so just crumble it with your hands or a fork.
